ViSACC is integrated multi-functional intelligent enterprise application software on the MS-SQL Server platform which works on a client-server architecture.
General Features of ViSACC
Multi User: ViSACC can simultaneously be accessed by any number of users based on the user licenses of the networking operating system. Also multi session also possible in the software (Example while entering a bank receipt you can access any other transactions/ masters options and entries can be made before saving the bank receipt entries, also possible to generate queries/ reports as multi define sessions.
Multi Divisions: Multi division option in ViSACC will help you to define divisions/ profit centres. Division master can be utilised during transaction entries to generate division wise and consolidated reports & queries.
Multi Stock Locations: Multi location option in ViSACC allows maintaining inventory in different stock locations. Locations can be defined in multi level with the reference of divisions.
Multi Currency: ViSACC is featured with multi currency option to define transaction currencies, which enable the customer to utilise the multi currency features.
Multi active financial years: Customer specific financial year can be defined in ViSACC with out any restriction in period of financial years and also the user can work with multiple financial years simultaneously. As a security feature period closing option to close any period within the financial year is provided which can be done before closing of financial year.
Flexible chart of Accounts & coding structure definition (Alphanumeric): Open coding option helps the user to define the coding structure and their properties (a/c schedules, groups, g/l codes, inventory setup, item coding & barcodes etc.) according to the customer needs.
User definable Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet: Customer specific Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet preparation option enables the user to utilise the user defined coding structure.
Drill down options in queries/ reports: Enable the user to generate MIS queries/ reports in a glance, which can be further drill down to different levels. (Example: selection of client wise sales analysis/ profitability query will display the summarised sales and profit analysis for each client, which can be drill down to month wise sales/ profit analysis for a particular client. Selecting any particular month for the client will lead you to the invoice summary and selecting any invoice summary will prompt you the basic invoice entry screen.).
Seamless integration across modules: ViSACC Application Software consists of various modules on different activities which can be installed as separate modules and can be parameterised to integrate with each other. On-line/ Off-line integration procedures are available.
Administration option to create users and allocate rights: ViSACC is powered with security features on data and access rights on each module and options.
